What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship USPS First Class Mail. Expedited shipping methods are available for in-stock items only.

Do You Ship To Other Countries?

Not currently.

Do You Gift Wrap?

Gift wrapping is available for an additional charge. It can be purchased as a separate item.

I don’t have much sewing experience. Will I be able to make one of your kits?

Yes. All of our patterns and kits have very thorough instructions that will walk you through all of the steps of construction.

What if I get stuck while making one of your patterns?

Just email us from our contact us form with your questions. We will walk you through the steps to get you going again.

How long does it take to make one of your quilts?

It really depends upon how fast you work. Some people finish in one weekend, some people prefer to work in shorter bits of time and finish in two or more weekends.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and PayPal.

Is Buying From Your Site Safe?

All payments are processed through a secure server. None of your credit card information is retained by us.

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you cancel your order before we ship it, we will refund your purchase in full. Due to problems with people copying patterns and then returning them, refunds are not available after your item has shipped.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can purchase and checkout from our website as a guest. You can also register on our site so that you can easily track your orders. Log-in and registration are available to you when you check out.

How Do I Track My Order?

There is a “Track My Order” button on the “My Account” page. Just enter your order number.
